Your telmy assistance service will be pleased to help. You can reach our assistance service by entering the short code 99 after your access number. After this, you will be connected to one of our operators.

This service is exclusively available to telmy customers and is not charged extra. You only pay the costs for the access number.

The service is currently only available during our working hours. These are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
