telmy callback-service via ping call

• Please make sure that your number was added at your numbers in the account management. Next, call the PING callback-number in Germany, 069 22 77 94 86. (Please note that your number has to be transmitted so that we can recognize your call)
• After a short message we disconnect the call which you will not be charged for.
• Now, you'll called back from our System.
• After the callback you enter the phone number of the desired conversation partner. Now, you are calling via the telmy network.
  Note: Since you are calling via the telmy network, you do not need to enter the "0049" again when calling Germany. Please dial the area code and phone number directly.
• The total costs on a callback call results in the tariffs from the two connected countries.

Callback incl. speed-dial numbers

You can also use your telephone-directroy with the callback-service. To do so, please dial 069 22 77 94 86 + the corresponding speed-dial number of the desired entry. Please enter the speed dial just behind the dial-in number (without the plus sign)

For Example: 069 22 77 94 86 + 12

You receive a callback on the line you have called from. Then you'll be connected to the participant of the speed-dial number without to have to enter the complete destination number.
