the instant telephone conference

This is how it works, completly without registration at telmy.

Conference-Room Setup

• Dial the
  

  0180-3 322 422*

• In the menu; press (3)
• Set a three digit long number for the conference-room
• Optionally, you can set a three digit long PIN for your conference-room.
• Now, start inviting participants to your conference.

Invite participants

• Arrange the exact time with all participants when the conference should be held.
• Inform all participants about your three digit long "conference-room number" and the PIN.
• At the arranged time, every participant have to dial the
  0180-3 322 422* , then enter the conference-room number and the conferencing is on.

Participating in the conference

• To the arranged date every participant have to dial the service-number
  0180-3 322 422* and choose (2) in the Menu.
• Afterwards you'll be prompted to enter the conference-room number and to confirm it with the (#)-Button.
• Finally, enter the PIN followed by the (#)-Button - and the conference is on!
